When are some your portland kids gonna come up and do a workout? Maybe we can get kev to come out and do his version of the slosh pipe.

Destroyed the crossfit total yesterday. 4 prs bs:319(pr) sp:151.5(pr), 156.5(pr) dl: 419(pr) Total 894.5 Did xfit total for the first time since I fucked up my back in nov. of last year. bs:337 sp:179 dl:458 total 974 my goals for the end of the year are 400 squat 200 shoulder press 500 dead lift 300 bench that's pretty optimistic but that's what goals are. any of you guys still doing xfit? Myke? Saxty? Kev?
