Let this be the first post about working out at the Quagmire Headquarters! It's open to anyone but due to limited space we probably shouldn't get too many people there are once. Something like 3-5 people at a time.
What I'm thinking is two or three days a week, starting at 5:30pm with yoga. Then doing some crossfit style workout and or self defense Muay Thai/Boxing/Krav Maga/Spear system practice. Ending around 7-7:15
I want to do release forms just to be business like. There of course is no cost, but a suggested donation of $2-$5. The donations will go to buying new equipment that we need such as kettlebells, bumper plates and a rowing machine.
I'll post a schedule in the next couple of days.

Blake, I'm switching to the kettle bell thing and was wondering if you want the stationary bike back? Otherwise, I plan on CL'in it to make space. Any update on the t-shirts? Does HappyHour mean there will be drinking at QHQ?

Does HappyHour mean there will be drinking at QHQ? Go ahead and sell it, It's not really part of the regime here. Maybe early next week for the tees. And yes there will be drinking, if you can handle it after the workout....

Alright This sunday (sunday sunday) at 5 pm at QHQ. We will have an orientation to working out at QHQ. Bring beers and I will probably setup a bbq and cook up some burgers and or dogs.
Topics will include what exercises we will be doing, crossfit methodology and philosophy, self defense practices, schedules, communication, and the advantage of having a whole group of people working out.
That's 3620 Irongate rd. #107 text me if you need the gate code since the gate is locked on the weekends. Be there or be much less fit.

ummm. hmmm. errrrrr. This is a good idea and everything, but I just wanted to point out that Tony and I drank beer and watched Jackass 3 on Tuesday night. We are considering that our workout for the week. Tomorrow night Mike's workout will be drinking a sixpack and skeevin' on some ladies. ....I might go eat a couple Cinnabon's today as well. They still got those at Bellis Fair?

i ate chocolate ice cream with nerds on top of it yesterday. true story. ask gretchen. first of all vegan ice cream doesn't count. And you should not stand on your food like that.
